From affordable single vision smart camera systems to advanced eight camera applications, Microscan's Visionscape GigE solution covers all the components necessary to achieve a complete and successful machine vision system.
PC-based Gigabit Ethernet uses standard network components such as cables, switches, and interface cards. Visionscape® GigE supports a full line of Microscan machine vision Gigabit Ethernet cameras that, in combination with Visionscape® software, can quickly deploy machine vision solutions of any size.
Gigabit Ethernet (GigE): Gigabit Ethernet supports high-speed data transmission of one gigabyte per second. With the Visionscape GigE solution, it is easy to deploy without the use of an image capture card using standard network components and extended cables at a low cost.
Flexible configuration: Visionscape GigE camera built-in flash, optional Power over Ethernet (PoE). A variety of sensor solutions are available, from VGA to QSXGA (5 MP) with CMOS, CCD and color options.
Compact and lightweight: The Visionscape GigE camera weighs only 4 ounces and is small enough to be flexibly placed in tight spaces or mounted on a robot.
User Interface: The Visionscape FrontRunner engineering user interface makes it easy and quick to create complex vision applications. The AppRunner standard runtime interface provides complete system status, application monitoring and results.
