This product is specifically designed to meet the tire labeling performance requirements. The specially formulated adhesive has excellent bonding properties for the bending and irregular surfaces of the tire, and even the poor contamination of the tire surface, such as the release of the release agent or the rubber component, cannot destroy the bonding performance. The foil barrier prevents volatiles from penetrating the facestock and prevents labels from becoming contaminated.

Due to the thick coating of the adhesive, it is not suitable for high-speed processing, and the die-cutting and discharging should be handled carefully. A high quality, sharp die cutter is required to ensure a smooth drain.

Heat treatment for ink drying can have a negative impact on processing or labeling and should be avoided. For heating, it is recommended that the processing temperature not exceed 50 °C.

This material is suitable for a variety of printing technologies (such as letterpress, flexo, screen, web offset, etc.).

Special Note: In order to reduce the problem of plasticizing and continuous labeling, label rewinding should not be too tight, avoiding high temperature environment during storage.
